HELP SAVE A CAT/KITTEN TODAY!
Here's to a new year full of possibilities!
Helping pets in need through sheltering, adoption, education, veterinary care and community outreach.
About our rescue...
We are a cat & kitten rescue based out of London/Ontario, and our dedicated rescuers and fosters have made it their life's mission to do our very best to provide the utmost care, comfort and compassion, to cats & kittens in need.
We aim to be a more community based rescue operation, and as such, we work within our community to rescue and help as many cats & kittens as we possibly can, while addressing the concerning issue of feline overpopulation.
We offer various services and pet related help, that most other rescues do not, in a continued effort to be of service to our community, animals in need, to you, and to your beloved fur-family members.
We offer an array of services like, but not limited to :
Free advice & education on a variety of pet & feline related subjects & needs
Helping those who might need to access various services such as...
Free spay & neuter programs for low-income people.
Lost-cost spay & neuter programs.
Local pet food banks.
We ourselves, also offer a little free food aid, to those needing it most.
We offer free flea treatments for your pet, during the height of flea season.
We also offer free de-wormer treatments for your pet, if needed.
We understand that during these very uncertain and trying times, that we all could use a little help and understanding, and we are here to help in any way that we possibly can.
If you need anything that we might be able to help with, please feel free to ask and we will do our very best to accommodate you.
We even make certain to send every cat/kitten off, upon their adoption & rehoming day, with a free starter bag of cat food. (Purina products)
We finds that this helps facilitate the rehoming process, and helps lessen the chances of stomach upset, and/or digestive problems due to the stress of moving, on the cat/kitten.
And all of this is yet again, at our expense, in our best effort to be of service to our community.
Our steadfast and caring rescuers and fosters, have many years of experience in the field of animal rescue.
Our knowledge and strengths combined, allow us to do more for the animals and the community together, than we ever could separately.
We have rescuers/fosters with varying degrees of expertise and fields of interest.
One was a vet tech, another grew up on a farm working with animals all their life, volunteered for 'Animalert', etc....
And most have volunteered at various other local and non-local rescues and shelters.
We believe that together, and with the help of the community, we can help save many more cats & kittens.
Whether it be through live-trapping of feral cats & kittens, rehabilitating feral or untamed kittens, to our barn-cat program, where we help farmers who donate to us litters of unplanned kittens get their barn-cats vetted/spayed/neutered/etc... at our expense, or even offering to have any mother/female cat vetted (spayed/vaccinated/etc...), yet again at our expense, for anyone wanting to donate or rehome a litter of kittens with us.
We have also reunited many a pet owner with their beloved lost pet/cat, as we have acquired a microchip scanner to scan each tame cat that we catch.
This helps to ensure that we can successfully reunite it with it's owner, if it turns out to be someone's beloved lost pet.
In short, animal rescue is a calling which we cannot ignore...
We see the need daily, and feel it in our hearts & souls.
It is who we are at our core.
*Dog Of The Week*
New "Dog Of The Week" coming soon!
*Cat Of The Week*
This is little "Martini".
Martini was rescued from a less than reputable rescue and needed lots of TLC.
Thankfully she found her way to us and we promptly got her the very necessary vet care, that she was being denied.
She is now enjoying her new life with her adoptive human family. <3
Some of our previous Adorable
As we are presently living in these uncertain and unprecedented times, we aim to take all necessary precautions.
We care about our kittens, our fosters, and you, our potential adopters, alike.
As such, we try to be as cautious, careful, and as mindful as possible, to ensure the safety of both your family and our fosters as well.
.Since we cannot arrange visits in person, as easily as we used to prior to the pandemic, we are offering video visits, at a time that is convenient for you.
You can view and visit with kittens, via video call!
